1. Acceptance of Terms
Twinny is provided by ResumeUp.AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Twinny at https://twinny.pro, including any public Twinny page, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Twinny.
2. The Service
Twinny lets you create an AI twin of yourself from what you share about your work. It gives you a public link where anyone can ask questions and get answers based on what you shared (the “Service”).
3. User Accounts
To create a Twinny you need an account. Twinny and ResumeUp use the same accounts, so your profile and your Twinny appear on both. You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. What You Share
You keep ownership of the documents, text, and other content you give Twinny. You give us permission to store and process that content to run the Service, including showing it and answering from it on your public page once you publish. You are responsible for what you share. Only share content you have the right to share, and make sure it is accurate and does not reveal anything you want to keep private.
5. AI Answers
Twinny's answers are generated by artificial intelligence and can be wrong or incomplete. They are not statements made personally by the Twinny's owner, and they should not be relied on as professional advice. If something matters, confirm it with the person directly.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use Twinny for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. You also agree not to create a Twinny of another person without their permission, or use Twinny to impersonate or mislead anyone.
7. Collection and Use of Information
We collect personal data such as your name, email address, and the content you share. We also use cookies to keep you signed in. For details, please read our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content of the Service other than what you share, including the design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by ResumeUp.AI or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual and proprietary rights laws.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. You can take your Twinny offline from your dashboard at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.
